Often when we want to see change in our lives, we start by making a plan and focusing on what we need to DO different.

We starting taking the actions and eventually stop (like those who go to the gym for a week) because changing our actions (external behaviour) without changing our internal beliefs and programming is temporary.

Our beliefs drive our actions, if we want lasting change, it starts on the subconscious level.

In this short meditation, I help you escape from the business of your day to get present and embrace the true reason for the season instead of getting caught up with your to do list.
